Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Lots 1 - 95 This includes most of the lots on West Ridge Lane, all of the lots on Club House Drive, the first five lots on either side of the south end of Brimmer Way, all of the lots on Stone Ridge Lane, and all of the condo lots on Rivers Edge Drive, Short Drive, and Nelson Parkway.
Agreement with Rock River Reclamation District Our sewer system here at Newburg Village subdivision is connected to a trunk system from the Rock River Reclamation District (RRRD), which owns and maintains its own sewer lines in Winnebago County. An agreement was reached in July, 2001 whereby RRRD agreed to accept wastewater from Newburg Village, but not to own the sewer system. RRRD can only own sewer systems in Winnebago County. Further, Cherry Valley does not own any of its sewer systems since the bulk of Cherry Valley is located in Winnebago County. Therefore, the subdivision is required to own and maintain its own sewer system. The Homeowners Association is required to set up and maintain a sinking fund to cover any expenses associated with maintaining, repairing and replacing the sewer system.
